Hello! We are Fabian and Gina just two high school sweet hearts trying to make the world a little healthier and happier one day at a time…now where does our story of health and fitness begin…
After gaining 25 pounds in our first two years in college, it wasn’t until our junior year of college we finally decided SOMETHING had to change. Fabian was studying bioengineering with a dream of becoming a doctor, Gina was studying pre-nursing and psychology with a dream of becoming a nurse. We went to Fabian’s mom for help; got put on our meal plan, started going to the gym and we were able to loose the weight we gained while on a busy study schedule. When we lost the weight our friends and family started to ask for help, and thus our love for helping others reach their goals the same way we reached ours become a passion, and we started FOCUS Nutrition Fitness Family.
